Bracebridge, a charming cottage-country town is situated in the heart of Muskoka. It is known as Canada's Waterfall Capital, and boasts more than 20 waterfalls in the area. Built on the fur trading, forestry, farming and hydro-electric industries, prosperous Bracebridge became a Town in 1889.
Come to the annual Festival of the Falls, usually the first weekend in May and tour spectacular waterfalls, enjoy the Lumberjack Championships, or amuse the children with great activities.
